Who we are
Bookish Badger is a trading name. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean the person or business named as the seller in the Business details of our Terms of sale, Returns, Privacy notice and Contact us pages, trading as Bookish Badger. Those pages give the seller’s name, geographic address and, where they apply, company and VAT details. Every page gives our email addresses. Our email addresses and postal address are shown in the Business details on this page.

Help on the Site
The Help page answers common questions. Where it is available, you can also start a private support conversation there. After you send a message, save the private link you are given, because it is the only way to read our replies.
What to include
Tell us your order reference if you have one, what has happened and what you would like us to do. Never send passwords, card details, private links or sensitive documents; we will never ask for them. An order reference on its own does not give access to an order.
When we reply
We are a small business. We aim to reply to every message within 3 working days, and to complaints as set out in our Complaints policy.
