Common questions

9 answers found

Can I buy a book yet?

You can browse the catalogue. Sales stay closed until seller details, prices and delivery arrangements have been checked.

How do I track an order?

Use your private tracking link and keep it safe. An order number alone will not open tracking. Updates show confirmed events only. A shipping label does not mean a parcel is moving.

My private link has expired or is missing

Find our contact details in the contact policy. We check it is you, then issue a new link by hand. There is no automatic resend.

Why do my books have different statuses?

Print books can travel in separate shipments, each with its own updates. One delivered parcel does not mean every book has arrived.

Where is my EPUB download?

Secure EPUB downloads are not connected yet. Check device compatibility and any DRM restrictions before you buy.

Can I cancel or return a print book?

The returns policy covers cancellation, faulty-book rights and the optional cancellation form. Standard print-on-demand books are not automatically personalised.

What if my EPUB is faulty?

Early digital supply requires separate express consent and acknowledgement, with confirmation. Losing the change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove remedies for faulty EPUBs.

How does on-site support work?

When site support is switched on, save the private conversation link you get after sending your message. It is how you read and send replies, because we cannot send email notifications. Do not include card details, passwords, private links or sensitive documents. Attachments are not supported.

Everyone who posts, comments, reviews or reports agrees to these rules.

  • Horror is welcome. Dark fiction is fine; threatening or harassing real people is not.
  • Criticise books, not people. Keep it civil.
  • Mark spoilers with the “Contains spoilers” box.
  • Never share anyone’s private information, and nothing illegal.
  • You can report anything that worries you; a person reads every report.
