Rachel’s perfect new home doesn’t want her there.

Looking for a better, less hectic place to live, Rachel moves from Austin to the tiny town of Fertile Valley. Unbeknownst to her, the local townsfolk have lived in fear of the house once owned by the legendary “Baby Butcher of Fertile Valley” for decades. The pain and trauma from the lives terminated within the walls of 2805 Lancaster Lane haunt the long-vacant dwelling like pain from a phantom limb.

When Rachel begins to put down roots in her new house, the house begins to sink its claws into her.
