Dr. Jay loves his patients, but Rebecca and Charlie love their dolls. They especially love them when they come to life, seeking revenge on the grown-ups who hurt them. Now, locked away in an asylum, Dolly and Pip are back to teach the doctor a lesson.
This is the third book in the trilogy, and at only 50 pages, it still carries the same grotesque impact as the others did. We pick up from the last book, at the mental asylum that Rebecca and Charlie are admitted to after the murders of their pedophilic abusers. This one takes on a slightly more adventurous turn, as the two dolls make a plan to get revenge on yet another pedophile within the asylum walls, and get their kids out of danger.
The torture in this one is gross, especially if you can't handle genital mutilation - but it's honestly deserved. I was fuming when I found out what this new pedophile character had done in the past, and he genuinely deserves everything that Pip and Dolly did. I really do love this series, and I recommend it to everyone that enjoys splatterpunk or wants to get into the genre.
Hi there! I'm RJ and I live in Dallas, Texas with my fiancé and nine pets. I began my writing journey in the second grade, when I won my first and only award. I started to write extreme horror as a teenager, which resulted in my parents putting me into therapy. From there, I continued to write over the years, eventually taking a hiatus to work as a paralegal for a decade. In my 30s, I published my first book and retired from the workforce to pursue my lifelong passion of becoming an author.
I mainly specialize in extreme horror and splatterpunk, but I also dive into other subgenres of horror—with an exception to sentient smut, of course.
