This is one of my favorite books in the transgressive fiction genre that I’ve ever read. Artisan is the master of creating twisted heroes and villains; who knew a story about the sidekick of a deceased vigilante could be so brutal! Harvey is such a sad character, and what happens to him is even more tragic. This story takes “a fate worse than death” to a WHOLE new level. The gore and plot of this book was insanely well written and I’m still thinking about it days later. I give this one a 5/5!

This splatterpunk novella had some of the most unique gore I’ve seen in the genre, and the premise was just as interesting too! Who knew a birthday party for an influencer could get so messy? The ending was especially well written, giving readers a good like into the mind of Harry and what lead him to become so obsessed with having the perfect morsel. This one was short, sweet, and very gory. I give this book a 4/5!

This has got to be one of my favorite reads so far this year! Matti and Kid’s story was so well written; Artisan does an amazing job at showing us how deep their bond goes, taking us on a wild ride alongside the spooky mystery team as they chase stardom... but things quickly take a very dark turn. This book was disturbing and funny while still having many somber moments, I couldn’t put it down! I laughed, I cried, I almost threw up… all signs of an excellent read. I give this book a 5/5!
